Defend Yourself Against COVID – 19

The pandemic of COVID – 19 continues to spread around the world. But we can do something to defend our immunity and fight against COVID 19. Here are some general tips to guard ourselves during COVID- 19 pandemic:

  1. Good nutrition. Try to have freshly prepared food, organic food and a variety of food items.
  2. Avoid obesity – stop eating before you are feeling full.
  3. Take adequate amounts of vitamin D. Talk to your medical doctors and get the right instructions on how to take vitamin D correctly.
  4. Avoid staying indoors in air-tight buildings with air cooling and heating systems if you have a choice. Get some fresh air frequently.
  5. Do not over exercise. Always keep a balance between rest and exercise.
  6. Take sufficient vitamins and minerals supplements to support your immune system.  We may need to be supported by supplements to ensure we have adequate vitamins and minerals in our body to strengthen our immune system. Do check with your medical doctors for proper supplement information.
  7. Have enough rest.
  8. Manage your stress level. Our mood and stress level may affect our immunity.
